Cox to Debut Chat Tools

Tom Cox, chief revenue officer of SDMCentral and a veteran of executive sales teams, travels to Anaheim, California Nov. 9 to the annual American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (ACAAI) where he will unveil an industry-changing technology for chronic diseases.

For more than 75 years, AAIA has promoted excellence in medical care for allergy and immunology diseases. The 2023 convention focuses on “Embracing the Evolution of Patient Care.” Cox and a team of technologists at SDMCentral, created a digital tool that allows patients to get needed information about their chronic diseases such as asthma via an interactive chat option. The tool collects data that distills preferences for medical treatment and helps manufacturers, pharmacies, patient advocates and clinicians eager to develop new cutting-edge medications.
